Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are accepted within 28 days of you receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unused -
In the original packaging and in pristine, resalable condition. All tags and labels should be attached.
Non-Returnable Items - The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods
- Intimate or hygiene-related items
- Digital products or gift cards
- Products sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed
Return Process -
- Fill in the return details within your account.
- If you have not set up an account get in touch with Customer Services at contact@gift-punk.com and include the following information in your email:
- Order Number.
- What item you want to return and why.
- If you want a replacement item or a full refund.
- You will receive a return authorisation and instructions.
- Pack the item/s securely in the original packaging.
- Include all original materials and accessories.
- We recommend that you keep a proof of shipping, and return all items over a value of 25 € with tracking.
Return Shipping Costs -
- For defective or damaged items: We will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement or give a full refund - as you prefer.
- For change of mind or incorrect size/fit: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We know this sucks, but we work with small companies and start ups, and they struggle to cover these costs, it's important we respect them. We also want to respect you as a customer and not build in return shiping costs to our prices - hope you understand our GiftPUNK spirit.
Refund Processing -
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Any shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
Defective Products - If you receive a defective product:
- Contact us immediately with photos of the defect
- We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or offer a full refund.
- No additional cost to you.
