The Maia Tank Top was created by Cornelia Kauhs, founder of Breath of Fire. Designed as a refined essential — a piece that follows the body naturally while leaving full freedom of movement.
Its slightly fitted silhouette traces clean lines without feeling tight, with a higher neckline that brings a refined, balanced look. Made from our mercerized organic cotton jersey, it feels breathable and comfortable on the skin, adapting effortlessly to movement and long wear.

The Maia is a close-fit sleeveless tank with a higher neckline. If you're looking for something different, we genuinely recommend:

Ethically made in Europe
Every Maia Tank Top is knitted, dyed and sewn in Portugal, in the same small family workshop as our Sohang Pants — a place we visit personally. All fabrics are certified organic and dyed with processes gentle enough for a baby's skin.
Styling tip
For a refined silhouette, choose the same colour for your Maia and your bottoms. The higher neckline elegantly frames the décolleté — pairs beautifully with the Ankaa Pants, the Alya Capri Legging or the Yamala Pants for a complete tonal Essence look.

Care
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Air dry only — no tumble dryer. This preserves the elastane and keeps the natural sheen of the mercerized cotton for years.
