The Sadhak Men's Yoga T-shirt was created by Cornelia Kauhs, founder of Breath of Fire, as the men's foundation top of our collection. Designed to be worn close to the body while allowing full freedom of movement — a piece that follows the torso naturally, without ever constraining it.

Born from years of practice and wear, the Sadhak is the natural companion to the Mahan Pants — same intention, same comfort, made to move with you on the mat and through the day.

What makes it unique

Ethically made in Europe

Every Sadhak T-shirt is knitted, dyed and sewn in Portugal, in the same small family workshop as our Sohang Pants — a place we visit personally. All fabrics are certified organic and dyed with processes gentle enough for a baby's skin. 92% certified organic cotton · 8% elastane for lasting shape and comfort.

Size guide

Between two sizes? Size down for a closer, second-skin fit — size up for slightly more ease.

Care

Machine wash at 30°C, inside out. Air dry only — no tumble dryer. This preserves the elastane and keeps the fabric beautiful for years.
